Rent Studio Space
Our studio space is available to rent for short periods of time. To request rental time, please fill out and submit our rental form!
Rental rules:
- Rental availability is determined around our current class schedule. Please view our class schedule and dates and calendar to have a better idea of available times. *We do make occasional exceptions for rentals over holiday closings dependent upon staff availability.
- Our rental rate is $50/hour. A deposit covering the first hour of your rental is required at the time of scheduling. This deposit will be invoiced as soon as your rental day and time are confirmed with our office staff and must be paid immediately to secure the slot. The remaining rental amount will be due and payable prior to the rental start period.
- If you need to cancel your rental, you must send notification by email to registrar.danceetc@gmail.com at least two (2) business days before your rental date for your deposit to be refunded. If you have a weekend or Monday rental, notification must be emailed no later than Thursday evening in order to get a refund.
- All renters are subject to our current COVID-19 protocols
